Bending tools, press brake tooling for Promecam System

We offer for our customers all bending tooling solutions for hydraulic and electric press brakes for clamping system Promecam / Amada - EURO style.
Promecam - EURO is the most common system in the world which and used on main european and asian production press brakes. We supply all main standard configurations and modifications of Euro-System to One Touch (Japan and Middle East machines); Bystronic and others.
We supply: punches, dies, adapters, holders, clamps and intermediates with rich selection of standard types and possility to make any special bending tools under request of customer including the length of 6000-8000 mm in one piece.
We are able to assist the customer to recommend tools according to his parts as well as to prepare the sequence or quotation for special shapes if necessary.

One of our product groups includes a wide range of press brake adapters that allow conversion to Promecam systems. We offer standard punch adapters (upper tooling) for Bystronic, Trumpf, Wila, Weinbrenner, CBC, EHT, Colgar, Durmazlar, Baykal, and Darley machines. In addition, we can design and supply customized adapters tailored specifically to your press brake. Adapter heights can also be manufactured to individual requirements.
This conversion represents an additional investment, but it enables even older machines to use modern tooling (including sectional tooling) and to apply modern bending techniques. Adapters for high-tonnage applications (up to 150 t/m) can also be supplied.
For lower tooling (dies), we offer modular die supports in 520 mm or 1050 mm lengths, allowing flexible assembly to any required total length, as well as monoblock die supports for press brakes with working lengths of 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, and 4.0 meters. This solution makes it possible to use modern Promecam dies (including 4-V dies) and sectional dies, which cannot be used on machines equipped with only two-side clamping systems. Overall, this approach is often a more cost-effective alternative to purchasing special full-length multi-V dies, which can be significantly more expensive.
