General Communication Policy

Published, modified October 2025

1. Protection Against Malware and Phishing

We take cybersecurity seriously and aim to protect our systems from spam, phishing attempts, and malware. To ensure secure communication, please observe the following rules:
  • Do not send attachments other than PDF files during initial contact.
  • Establish communication first by introducing yourself before sending any technical files or documents.
  • Do not include hyperlinks or external download links in your first email.
  • Do not send files through file transfer platforms (e.g., WeTransfer or similar services) before your identity and correspondence have been confirmed.
To avoid your email being overlooked, please:
  • Clearly state your full name, company, and location.
  • Provide a clear and detailed description of your request.
Please note: phishing attacks can involve spoofed email addresses, meaning an email may appear to come from our domain even though we did not send it. We never distribute harmful software, suspicious links, or executable files.
If you have any doubts about an email that appears to be from us:
  • Do not open attachments or click links.
  • Contact us directly to verify the authenticity of the message.
We strongly recommend the use of updated antivirus, antimalware, and endpoint protection with real-time scanning and monitoring, and the deployment of a corporate or personal firewall.

2. Tenders

We do not participate in public or private tenders outside the European Union, nor do we cooperate with agents for such purposes. Please refrain from sending tender invitations of this nature.

3. SEO, Marketing, and Promotion Requests

We do not accept, review, or respond to unsolicited offers related to:
  • SEO
  • Digital promotion
  • Marketing services
Repeated or follow-up messages to such offers will likewise not be responded to.
We also do not discuss unsolicited service offers by phone. If you believe your service may be relevant, you may send a single introductory email for consideration.

4. Technical Requests and Quotations

We strive to respond to potential customers promptly. To ensure timely and accurate processing, please provide comprehensive information from the outset, including (where applicable):
  • Machine type and manufacturer
  • Material specifications and dimensions of workpieces (e.g., tubing dimensions, bending radius, etc.)
  • Machine connection dimensions
  • Drawings (e.g., DXF files, CAD models)
  • Delivery location
  • Required part numbers, codes, manufacturer references (when requesting alternatives)
Incomplete information may delay our response.

5. Drawing Review and Technical Studies

We frequently receive drawings for tooling and bending recommendations. Due to workload and to protect our proprietary expertise, we will review no more than 2–3 parts free of charge per request. Further technical studies may be discussed after an order is placed.
To protect our engineering knowledge, we generally do not provide full technological review and details, detailed explanations of our internal methods, or complete geometry of custom tool designs, particularly during competitive bidding.
Please ensure that all drawings are submitted in file formats compatible with our software, as previously requested.

6. Representation, Dealership, and Agency Requests

We do not enter into discussions regarding representation, dealership, or agency agreements before there is actual sales cooperation and working experience between our companies.
Even if a company has experience in our industry or market sector, we do not consider representation proposals if there has been no proven history of successful orders or cooperation specifically with us. This approach allows us to avoid speculative or theoretical partnership discussions that do not result in real business activity. We value practical experience and mutual results, and we consider representation or dealership arrangements only after:
  • At least one order has been placed and successfully completed, and
  • There is a demonstrated ability to work together efficiently and reliably.
Therefore, please do not request representation, dealership status, authorization letters, or collaborative partnership terms before initial cooperation and actual transactions.

7. Confidentiality, Know-How, Commercial Secrets, and Other Restricted Information

We do not sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to preliminary discussions regarding requests, pricing, or scope.
Any files, data, or information sent to us before a mutually executed NDA will not be regarded as confidential, know-how, commercial secret, or other restricted information.
Information will be treated as confidential, including but not limited to confidential information, know-how, commercial secrets, or other limited or restricted information, only if a bilateral confidentiality and/or non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed prior to the transfer of such information. The NDA must clearly identify the scope of the confidential material and the permitted uses of such material.
We reserve the right to decline any request to enter into such agreements and the right to decline review of materials submitted under an NDA if we deem it necessary.
