Bending tools, press brake tooling for Trumpf System

We offer bending tooling for Trumpf system for all press brakes with various and big selection of necessary articles and original geometries. Together with our standard tools we offer various adapters to be used from other system to Trumpf System or contrary. If the standand catalogue tooling is not enough we are ready to develope and supply special solutions and unique geometries. We use C45 and 42CrMo4 material, punches less than 12,5 kg are equipped with the buttons for fast loading and unloading of tooling. Dies could be used for Wila-style tool system and Bystronic tool system to install in appropriate holders.

• Solid pieces 100, 200, 300, 500 mm
• Single sectional pieces 25-100 mm with possibility to buy as single piece
• 550 mm segmented set for punches. Segmented set includes pieces: 100 horn left, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 100, 100 horn right
• 550 mm segmented set for dies. Segmented set includes pieces: 25, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 100, 200 mm
• Complete sets for lengths: 1050, 1250, 2050, 2550, 3050, 4050 mm
