Press brake roller bending dies

Roller bending dies are effective and modern bending tools for sheet metal bending, particularly in applications where the use of standard tooling is problematic. We offer roller bending dies for all modern press brake tooling systems, with the normal tang or to be used with special adapters.
Roller bending dies do not require any special programming or installation and can normally be used as general solid bending dies. Various sizes are available for different thicknesses and applications, with the possibility of customized requests and production.
For some special applications, such as high-tonnage bends with big thicknesses or bending of big radiuses, roller dies can be the key to achieving optimized force within the limits of the press brake, as well as correct adjustment for the correct radius and compensation for further springback.
Roller bending dies usually use high-quality materials for long periods of use, with only spring parts or inserts needing to be replaced if necessary.

Roller adjustable bending dies

We develop and supply special adjustable roller dies designed to accommodate different bending applications by allowing precise adjustment of the opening. Combined with a range of roller configurations — including flat, concave, V-insert and other custom designs — these dies provide versatile solutions for bending thick-section angles, radii, and conical shapes, including applications requiring relatively small bending radii. They can also be used for forming U-shaped and └─┘-type profiles.
The adjustable roller design, together with roller rotation, enables controlled overbending and accurate compensation for springback, resulting in improved bending precision and consistency. For └─┘-type profiles, these dies can provide an especially effective solution for straight bending of two angles in a single stroke, including applications involving closed-section profiles.
We can provide a complete project-specific tooling solution, not limited to adjustable roller dies. Where required, we also design and supply specialized top tools and punches as a complete tooling set, ensuring that all components work together to achieve the required bending geometry and performance.
