Roller bending dies do not require any special programming or installation and can normally be used as general solid bending dies. Various sizes are available for different thicknesses and applications, with the possibility of customized requests and production.
For some special applications, such as high-tonnage bends with big thicknesses or bending of big radiuses, roller dies can be the key to achieving optimized force within the limits of the press brake, as well as correct adjustment for the correct radius and compensation for further springback.
Roller bending dies usually use high-quality materials for long periods of use, with only spring parts or inserts needing to be replaced if necessary.
