We reproduce the original geometries and heights of the most common LVD punch and die models. Dies with variable shoulder radii are also available for specific applications.
LVD-W style punches are manufactured from premium-grade steels such as 1.2312 and 42CrMo4, providing excellent durability and long service life. Like other WILA-style tooling, LVD-W punches are equipped with safety buttons for secure fixation and convenient front loading and unloading.
Tooling can be supplied using the original LVD part numbers and codes, if required. For special applications, we offer modifications of standard LVD tooling as well as the development and manufacture of custom tools tailored to individual requirements.

- 550 mm segmented set for dies. Segmented set includes pieces: 25, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 100, 200 mm
- Complete sets for lengths: 1050, 1250, 2050, 2550, 3050, 4050 mm
