Why This Separate Document Exists
This document is issued to address the serious consequences of phishing and fraud incidents in recent years. Phishing has caused significant harm to individuals and companies, including the unauthorized disclosure of sensitive, commercial, and corporate information, compromised account access, unauthorized database activity or theft, fraudulent transactions, and financial losses.
Phishing also negatively affects organizations that are falsely impersonated as senders, damaging their reputation, credibility, and trustworthiness.
Our goal is to clearly inform everyone who communicates with us, intends to communicate with us, or receives communication appearing to come from us, about our policies, practices, and limitations. Understanding these principles can help you recognize legitimate communications, avoid fraudulent activity, and protect your resources from misuse.
We confirm the following principles regarding our corporate communications and business practices:
1. Product & Service Requests
- We never request products or services without clearly specifying exact details, including product names, quantities, and specifications.
- Our company does not maintain a purchasing department, does not employ a dedicated purchasing or procurement manager, and has no plans to establish such roles in the future.
- We do not use vague terms such as “your products” or “your goods”.
- We never request general pricelists without specifications and positions.
2. Payments & Financial Requests
- We never issue payment-related documents (including invoices, proforma invoices, or payment requests) without prior direct communication and documented correspondence with the potential customer.
- We never request urgent or “last-minute” changes to payment instructions.
- We never use pressure tactics such as “urgent payment required”, “final notice”, or “account suspension” without prior verified agreement.
- We never request payments to accounts outside of our official corporate bank accounts. All payments must be made only to bank accounts where our company is clearly identified as the beneficiary.
- Our company does not issue payment links without prior communication and an explicit request from a prospective customer to make payment by debit or credit card.
- We never offer goods or services outside of our normal business activities, including any financial, investment, or lending services.
- We do not engage in cryptocurrency transactions, including trading, purchasing, selling, or requesting payments in any form of cryptocurrency, nor do we send correspondence related to such activities.
3. Documents & File Handling
- We never send unsigned or incomplete payment documents. All official documents include company identification details, including legal name, registration number, and contact information.
- We never distribute business documents (including invoices, proforma invoices, offers, or official letters) as downloadable links unless strictly necessary. All official documents are provided only in standard PDF format.
- We do not use cloud storage or file-sharing services to distribute documents externally. Accordingly, we never send links that provide shared access to documents outside the company.
- We never send executable files, compressed archives (.zip, .rar), or password-protected documents.
4. Links, Emails & Communication
- We never provide links to external websites other than our official websites, official blog, or widely recognized platforms such as Google or YouTube.
- We never ask recipients to click shortened URLs or disguised hyperlinks.
- We never use official corporate email addresses for private, personal, or non-business purposes.
- We never communicate or request actions on behalf of banks, government authorities, delivery services, or payment providers.
- We never ask customers or partners to share passwords, verification codes, or private credentials.
5. Reporting & Liability
- If you receive any suspicious message claiming to be from our company that does not comply with the principles above, please report it immediately to our official contact channels.
- Any message, document, or payment request that does not comply with these principles should be considered unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.
- The company is not responsible for losses resulting from communications or payment requests that do not follow this policy.
